EnterpriseMailer is a tool to allow you to communicate with your audience. The recipients of your emails must opt-in voluntarily, and are able to opt-out at any time. Think of EnterpriseMailer as a fancy version of email in which you can include eye-catching graphics and colors. Learn about some possible uses for EnterpriseMailer.

1. Choose a Look

In order to send an email marketing campaign, you must first have a template design. A template is the backdrop for all of your information. You can create your own template from scratch, and tailor it to your exact specifications, or if you are a novice user (or just lazy!) you can choose from an already-created template and simply add your text and graphics.

2. Gather Subscribers

Next you must develop a user base (address book and mailing list). All of your subscribers will be contained in the address book, even if they receive different campaigns from you. Within the address book you will be creating sub-sets called lists. Lists are made up of all subscribers for any one campaign. You can make as many lists as you need, name them whatever you like, and edit them at any time. If you are only going to create one campaign, you will only need one list.

3. Create a Campaign

Now that you have a subscriber base and a personalized look, you are ready to create your campaign. Simply add your text and imagery. You can edit and preview until it is perfect, and then you can send a test message to yourself to see how it will look to your subscribers. If everything looks good, it's time to schedule!

4. Watch What Happens

Sit back and monitor the results of your campaign with the automated stat tracker. You'll see how many people opened the email, if anyone opted out, and if there were any undeliverable emails. You can create links and track who clicked on what link and how many times they clicked on it. All of this information will help you manage your mass emailing campaigns.
