How do I begin using EnterpriseMailer?

First you will sign up for a free trial, if you like EnterpriseMailer and wish to send more email marketing campaigns, simply select a plan and begin crating your email campaigns.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there is no contact with EnterpriseMailer. You are free to use the system when ever you would like.

No, there is no set up fee to begin using EnterpriseMailer.


How do your mass email marketing plans work?

You will select a monthly plan that fits your planned amount of monthly mailings. For the next thirty days you will have that amount of emails to be sent out.

Do my emails expire?

Yes you have thirty days to send your selected plans amount of emails. If you do not use them they will expires after that thirty day period.

Do I have to pay if I am not going to send any emails this month?

You can place your account on hold by moving your monthly plan back to the free trial.

Do you have a limit on the amount of emails I can send monthly?

Each monthly plan has a different limit. To send more emails, select a higher plan.

Can I upgrade to another plan if I am planning to send more emails in a certain month?

Yes you have the freedom to manage your account as you see fit. You are allowed to upgrade and downgrade your monthly email marketing plan as your mailing list grows and shrinks. You are even able to suspend the account if you do not plan on sending any email marketing campaigns that month.

Do my emails roll over to the next month?

No, unused emails expire at the end of the month.
