If you would like to see the exact date and time a specific user has been permanently unsubscribed from any future mailings, please use the following instructions...
1) Click on the Subscribers & Lists tab in the top green navigation.

2) Click on the Search tab from the sub navigation.

3) After entering your search term, choose the address book name from the search results below (e.g. we used quexion as our search term in the example below because we are looking for the email address quexion AT gmail.com).

4) You will then see a distinctive red box with the permanent unsubscription time stamp.
