If you have a list of users you would like to add to your permanent unsubscribers list, you can upload this list in CSV or Excel file format to EnterpriseMailer using this feature. To upload your list of permanent unsubscribers...
1) Click on the Subscribers & Lists tab in the top green navigation.

2) Click on the Subscribers tab from the sub navigation.

3) Click on Upload Unsubscribers, and follow the prompts in the upload wizard.
