Our most recent update to EntepriseMailer, the rich text editor has new and improved functionality over the previous version. Below you will find details on some of the new features found in the editor. To use a working version, log in to your EnterpriseMailer account if you are an existing customer or sign up for a free trial to get started today.
Save changes as you go - The new editor now allows you to save your changes as you go. In the previous version you had to choose "Save and Close" to save any changes you made to your template, now simply click the icon in the upper left hand corner and save your changes instantly without having to close the editor window.
2) Expanded Editor Window - The new editor has a much larger screen for viewing your changes. It also has a full screen mode, simply click on the icon in the upper left hand corner.
3) Paste Directly from Microsoft Word - Because Microsoft Word uses proprietary coding language, this can have negative rendering effects for content which is created in Word and then pasted into an email. The new text editor cleans up any Word code so your email renders properly when sent out. Simply copy the text you wish to paste from Word and paste it into the editor, you will then be prompted to with a pop up window asking if you would like to clean the code before pasting from Word.

4)Preview your email - You can now preview your email directly from the editor without having to save and close the editor. To preview your work, click on the icon in the upper left hand corner.
5) New Table Wizard - The new editor has an easy to use table wizard, which allows you to insert tables in two different ways.
A) Quick Table Insert: To quickly insert a table, click the icon once and highlight how many rows and columns you wish to have in your table.

B) Advanced Table Insert: For more advanced tables, double click the icon. This will bring up the advanced table editor which allows you to :
i. Choose from a list of pre-built tables.

ii. Define the number of table rows and columns as well as row spans and column spans.

iii.Define Table Properties

iv.Define Row and Cell Properties
