We have recently added three new tools to EnterpriseMailer to help handle the management of permanent unsubscribers. A permanent unsubscriber would be a user who can no longer receive any emails from your organization. This differs from "list unsubscribers", as these users would only be unsubscribed from a specific list. Below is a brief description of each tool, with a link to a detailed tutorial on how each tool is used.
Three new permanent unsubscriber tools:
1. Upload a list of permanent unsubscribers - Use this tool to import your list of permanent unsubscribers to EnterpriseMailer!

2. Export a list of permanent unsubscribers - See all of your permanent unsubscribers by exporting them using this tool!

3. View a time stamp for a permanent unsubscription - See the date and time for when a specific user was permanently unsubscribed!

*Note - Some EnterpriseMailer accounts are set to permanently unsubscribe users when they choose to unsubscribe from any list, while other accounts are set to give their users the option to unsubscribe from a specific list or to permanently unsubscribe.
